Rattlesnake for Dinner

Jerimie was a hit at the Father/Son campout when he gutted, skinned, and cooked a rattlesnake. Most said it tasted like chicken with a fishy aftertaste. It had a lot of small cartilage type bones. Lot's of the guys gave it a try. Afterall, how often do you get to eat rattlesnake?
